This has got to be the tastiest lechon I’ve had this January.
I say this January because I might be able to try a tastier version in the coming months!
My friend Jojo was the one who ordered this for us – for Cubie’s welcome party! And it was really really really delish!! She got it from Ulcing’s Lechon – they’re located in Fort Bonifacio and they deliver with a fee. We didn’t mind the fee because it was a hassle for us to go pick it up and bring it back to the city of the stars! Plus, we didn’t know how to handle it properly!
The lechon arrived just in time and it was still hot and crispy!!
