Its’s been a long loooong time since I last had Hokkaido cakes and I totally forgot how good they were. I think it’s been yearsssss already. But seeing them back on my feed again, well – I wanted to have a try at it again.
Because of sudden cravings – I ordered, gave my mom a piece and she LOVED it. I took one bite and I knew – it still tastes the same and it’s WONDERFUL. I love love the light and fluffy cake then topped with this light cream and powdery magic. Every scoop and bite was heavenly, HEAVENLY!
