To tell you the truth – Cheesecake is not something I really really like. I appreciate it but its not my favorite.
That is UNTIL – Irene’s Quezo de Bola Cheesecake!
She gifted me and my Panget one for Christmas and it was D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S! The mix of sweetness and tartness of the quezo de bola was WONDERFUL! It was actually love at first taste – my Panget said it was really good and sinful (the cheesy-ness is loooooooooove!) We decided to keep half of the cheesecake for the next day – but while watching TV – I couldn’t stop thinking about the cheesecake! I finally gave in and took the half out of the ref and ate it all. Imagine – it was haunting my mind the whole time – I had to give in right?
That’s what Irene’s Quezo de Bola cheesecake did to me.
So for those cheesecake lovers – give Irene’s cheesecake a try and I’m sure you’re going to love it as much as I did! It might haunt you too, so order more! Because that’s what I just did!!
