This was truly a surprise! Me? Really? I started receiving messages of congratulations from friends and I wondered why?! Then a friend sent me the link – and I saw it. My name – I was surprised and shocked at the same time. Me? Included in the list? Hahaha – I never thought that would EVER happen. Seriously, never in my wildest dreams!
I am truly honored, truly honored to be included in the list of theAsianparent Philippines Top Mommy Blogs in the Philippines! I have to admit, it made me smile so wide! Hahaha.. To tell you the truth, my following – is not as many as the others out there – but my following, I have to say they are REAL, real people that interact and engage with me and my posts. Quite a number are my friends, people who really know me. I’m sure there will be a LOT of raised eyebrows on the number of followers I have, I know – they’re not exactly on the high 4 digits, but I honestly feel that my followers are REAL people. And to be honest, I am PROUD to have that much followers.
You see, I have been blogging since 2005. It really started as an online journal of whatever things, anything under the sun that interests me. It then shifted to food and eventually added mommy stuff to the list of topics that I write about. My blogging has come a long long way, and I am proud to say that I’m still here! Still alive and kicking! Still writing on things that interests me. I’m still chatty and talkative, trying my very best to type things that I have in my head. Hahaha!!
I just want to say THANK YOU, to everyone who has read my blogposts, to everyone who has followed me in social media, and to brands and PR firms that had continued to believe in me.
