To be honest, I had no clue what Inari Sushi was! I had to google it to see what it was all about. It looked really interesting! I don’t think I’ve seen anything like it before.
Mitzi and I met through a sale on FB. I bought a safety gate from her! I have been looking far and wide for that exact safety gate and I was very lucky to have found one in PERFECT condition. We then personally met when she said HI to me while picking up our daughters from school. So meant to be, right? She then sent me a message that she wanted to send me her Inari Sushi to try. I was very curious and excited. And look what arrived:
It was packed very well and came still very neat! First impressions, last diba? And Foodstruck’s Inari Sushi left a good impression. It looked so very pretty and I love how they assembled it on a round tray! It was very organized. Hahaha!!
These are tofu pockets filled with vinegar flavored rice and topped with veggies or whatever you can think of. These ones from Foodstruck have kani filling, salmon and bulgogi! So unique right? But of course, the true test is the taste! And they were very good and tasty! My favorites are the spicy salmon, kani and the cheesy kani!
I must say, I really enjoyed munching on them. I was very cheery and happy while taking every bite. I was very much amused with the play in flavors, the sweet tofu skin, the kani, the vinegar rice – the flavors all made sense in one bite. BRILLIANT!
I highly recommend you try them – it’s really something different and good!
