How I wish I had learned of this app last week. I could have gotten so many rewards with my highest record of 29,244 steps in one day! But you know what, I’ll try and reach that goal again. Haha! I know it’ll be a long process, but it’s a good process for my health and being. Walking your way to a more healthy you. I read somewhere to maintain your health, you’ll need to walk at least 5,000 steps a day. Then to lose weigh, you’ll need to walk at least 10,000 steps. My daily goal is really just 5,000 – but when I reach 10,000 steps, I feel like I’ve won a contest! Hahaha..
