Red Ants in an unopened Whisper Ultra Napkin pack – UPDATE

I was able to speak to Amor of the P&G Customer Service Hotline. She said for me to throw away the napkins and that they’ll be replacing it soon. I’d have to wait for 10-15 working days though, to get my replacement.

I sent them pictures too, just in case.

Was that good enough?

I’m quite afraid of using Whisper now…
